If all the available slots are booked for your selection then please book a similar area and one of our other volunteers will look at your item(s).
If you have more than 1 item to be repaired then please make a separate booking for each item - we are unable to look at 2 items within the given slot timeframe.
Repair Costs
Electrical and general household items including clothing:
Our volunteer repairer will assess the item and inform you if parts are needed you will need to source these and rebook for the following month.
General charges
There is no charge for labour as we operate as a non-profit, community group. All our volunteer repairers offer their expertise for free. Donations to the café allow us to help others! This is at your discretion; as a guide, the average donation is £5 (shown on the service price as a guideline) for a straightforward repair whilst a suggested £10 is appropriate for a more complicated repair.
Donations can be made in cash at Ruskin Road Repair Café, however we can take GoFundme or a bank transfer on the day.
